how do i install ksp with dlcs?

so i downloaded ksp 1.10.1 and dlcs from a website and i've already played before but i uninstalled it because i needed some space on my mac, and idk how to download it again, i have the installers but in what order do i install them? game then dlcs? dlcs then game? can someone help please :)

also last time i had it idk why i couldn't manage to get dlcs working idk why, maybe i placed them on the wrong folder or something?

If you purchased via Steam, Steam will handle that for you. For direct download from the KSP store website, I'd imagine you would launch the base KSP installer, then each of the DLC installers. There may also be other distribution platforms like Grand Old Games, for which if there are any nonstandard installation procedures, you might try asking that distributor. It would help if you stated where you purchased KSP from.

The DLCs are extensions to the main game so you always need the main game installed first. (As an analogy, if the main game was a car, the DLCs would be custom wheels. So you can’t fit the wheels without having the car first).

Not sure about Mac but on PC the DLCs sit inside a folder called SquadExtension (sp?) inside GameData. They are also very sensitive regarding moving them or renaming them and they won’t work if this is the case.
