Luna Multiplayer Comm Network and Revert to Launch/Vab not working

so i set up a normal Luna Multiplayer Server on my PC, i turned revert and Comm Network on but both aren´t working, when i press ESC with a Craft there is no Option to revert and the Comm Network is Comepletely turned off HELP!
