KSP: 1.12.0.3140 Windows 64-bit
Problem: "Exception:ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range." makes me unable to enter or exit most buildings, cannot launch flights, cannot use the menu to quit the game.

Returned to the game after about a year away and am now getting this problem. I tried uninstalling KSP and doing a fresh install, but the problem still happens. This happens on my long-existing Career save. If I start a fresh Career game, all works normally.  Please help me save my save if it is possible! I've sunk hundreds of hours into it.

Reproduction steps:

Start game. From the main Space Center view that appears when you load a saved game, click on a building in the Space Center.

>Unable to enter almost all Space Center buildings.

>Can enter Administration Complex, but cannot exit.

>Can bring up the Launch window by clicking on the Launch Pad or Runway, but cannot launch any flights.

Cannot Quit the game from the ESC menu.
