Can't enter KSC buildings! (1.12.1, Already did the 'Tidy up KSC' workaround)

Just opened my game to find i cannot select any of the KSC buildings. Similar to the Final Approach bug but now i cannot enter any of them, there are no buttons on the left side of the screen and the buildings do not highlight on mouse over. Tried unchecking and re-checking the 'Tidy up' option but it does nothing. Ideas?

Clear input locks- it’s somewhere in the cheats menu, you can get that by hitting alt+F12 or in the pause menu click “show version information”. That might solve the problem?
