Control point is not on the probe core after decoupling

Hello, I have someone else's plane that can launch a missile. After launching the missile, the control point seems isn't on the probe core so the navball is rotated 90 degree. Any solution except setting the probe core as control point manually or action group?

Check the rotation of each part on the missile and fix it so they’re all oriented correctly, or set ‘control from here’ to an action group along with the decoupler and rocket, rather than staging it to launch.

You cannot rotate the part attached to the decoupler as it would clip into the ship no matter you take it off then rotate or rotate when it is on decoupler, action group already suggested to him but he commented "half-solution"

You actually can rotate parts attached to radial decouplers, you just need to use the move tool to put them back in the right place. Alternatively, set the probe core on the missile the root part of that and attach that to the decoupler, then use the move tool again to put it in the right place.
