Mac OS, KSP ver 1.12 EVE and KSP interstellar extended

Hi, Im using a mac and ver 1.12 of KSp. trying to load the EVE and KSP interstellar extended mods. When I load them using curseforge KSp no longer loads. I get the "loading updates" and it stays there forever. When I then try to remove the mods the same way I then get the Module Manager missing Houston we have a problem.  How do I get these mods to work with version 1.12?
