Weird mod pack issue: RSS-EVE-RO in 1.12.1

(Main) mod list: RSS+EVE, RO. 

I tried RSSRO in 1.11.2 and it works perfectly. Yes perfectly. Then I installed 1.12.1 and it broke. Everything can be loaded but it is impossible to access any buildings except the astronaut complex and the flag pole in sandbox. I tried to click the building and its icon but neither worked. After entering aftronaut complex I cannot exit the building. Even if I press "exit to main menu" in the pause menu, I cannot exit to main menu. So I had to force quit.

(So now im still playing on my old 1.11.2 save. As now I've become an RSSRO player 1.11 and 1.12 does not make that much difference, but it would always be better if I could play on the newest version with less bugs and a few new non-RO parts.)

CLARIFICATION: I know its better to narrow down to a few mods. I removed the RO pack and the issue did not appear. Then I removed RSS-EVE pack and the issue did not appear. Only when I use ALL the mods below, the issue appeared.

What I mean by RSS-EVE pack, RO pack and what I always have in Gamedata.

Screenshot of GameData directory is here. EVE and Scatter were both installed with the version mentioned in RSSVE's newest release page, and all other mods are the newest version. Realchutes is also newest. (I just used its previous version in 1.11.2.)
