I have not been able to play ksp recently, but I have had a lot of time to think about my plans. So now, have a description of the Duna mission to come.

Mun expedition

My first step will be a small scale mun expedition to test my methods closer to home

Ships

•Duna Station: a modular station built around Duna, used as a staging area for missions to the surface to leave and come back, and interplanetary craft to dock.

•Duna Lander: A huge lander that will be used to go back and forth from surface to orbit. It contains an IRSU and drills for mining, making it reusable, it is also so big that docking is practically impossible without docking port alignment indicator.

• Cargo ship: This is a craft with a bunch of cargo modules, the only reason this exists is because whenever I dock to my Duna station it causes the whole station to shake, so I will need to attach struts on EVA. I will also attach a girder to the bottom of the station so I can attach the struts.

• Duna Base: A surface base with a good cargo capacity.

• Rover: a model of rovers that will be used to transport kerbals across the surface. They will need to be sent before the kerbals in the very likely chance I overshoot or undershoot the landing.

•Cargo Lander: a lander with cargo modules that will bring cargo to the surface. Then use their remaining fuel to boost up to a high altitude, then crash.

•Cargo Rover: a rover meant to move cargo across the surface, and pick up the cargo from cargo landers

•Duna jumper: a vessel used for fast travel over long distances on Duna.

• interplanetary transport: designed to get to and from Duna. It is not meant for re entry or for landing, so it needs to dock. It’s crew will be picked up in kerbin orbit and de orbited
