my ksp isn't loading

so im back after coming here i think yesterday for another problem that disabled some mods i then did what was said to fix the issue but i think it made it worse because my ksp is stuck on loading parts upgrade 

here is my new .log file if anyone has the time to help me through this it would be much appreciated
