Issue with drill when time warping

Hello kamarade, when i do a time warp, all my converter and all my drill just stop doing their job but it still tell me it doing it.  i don't know if it's clear (sorry french player here) but if somebody can help me...

it's not a problem with electricity or heat, it happen for no reason. maybe it's a mod that cause the problem ?
