Downloaded Camera Tools, doesn't show up in game

I tried downloaded the Camera Tools mods from Spacedock and GitHub, but it didn't really work for me. I took the mod files and put them into the game data folder, yet somehow, the module manager doesn't recognize it and I can't find the icon. Anyone else have this issue? Is there an easy fix to it?
