I need help, the thing is i dont know the problem all my modded parts are there but some are missing and all my ships have a parts missing

so i have had big problems for the past week and when ever i would fix that problem a new one accord and this problem i cant seem to fix or have any idea what's going on. I have tons of ships with all modded parts but for some reason each ships is missing something either the same missing part as the last ship or a different part I'm not sure if there just not in my game or another mod replaced it or what. so i don't really now what to ask so if someone could just look through my .Log and figure out the problem that would be great

ok for some reason im have pc troubles cant show images i have no idea what's going on i think some parts that are missing is from the stock game also 

 

 

A cursory look at your log indicates that a shader "FullMetal" is missing.  Many parts depend on it, so those parts fail to load correctly.  Errors start at line 63087.  Textures Unlimited and its shader packs was the last mod being processed... I'd start there.
