Ground flickering

When I have parallax mod installed, the ground on kerbin is flickering at some places, because there are "city light" textures on that same spot. City lights are from astronomer's visual pack. How do I fix this and keep both mods?

Known issue with Parallax. Only fix right now is to disable the city lights. You can do this by deleting the CityLights.cfg file (or alternatively change the file extension to something like ".off").

Can find the file in "GameData\AstronomersVisualPack\AVP_Configs\Stock"
