LV-T45 Swivel Engine Missing in Training

In the tutorials "intermediate construction" and "advanced construction" you are supposed to add a swivel engine in order to proceed, but I can't find it in the engines section.

How can I access it? 

I assume it is a bug. How do I report bugs?

It’s a known issue- KSP 1.12.2 added a new model for the Swivel and his the old one, but the tutorials weren’t updated. You can find the old model by clicking the arrow button in the top left of the editor screen (above the parts list) then selecting sort by size (1.25m), manufacturer (Jeb’s Junkyard) or module (ModuleEngines).
