Keybindings not working

Hello

Whilst this is a modded instance of ksp i doubt the mods are causing the problem*

 

Ive recently switched my keyboard to left handed and have changed all the keybindings so my new "WASD" is "PL:@", all the controls ive rebound have worked fine except for holding alt and clicking in VAB to duplicate and shift clicking in VAB to move entire vessels, i cant seem to get these to work as right shift and right alt, can anyone even point them out in the ini file i cant find any mention of them but i know they are a game function. I understand that there is a modifier key which should allow duplication, ive rebound this to right alt in the ini but it hasnt seemed to work
