Just point the station back at Kerbin and gun the engines, your relative velocity was less than 200m/s so it won’t take much to get back and then capturing into some kind of orbit will be pretty trivial.

Nodes are dodgy when they're several orbits in advance. Generally the best way to do it is to add a second node after the first and use the + orbit button so you're looking at the right orbit.

This looks interesting, I will have to check out some of these videos. I am interested to see how people tackle hard mode, since it seems like quite the grind. I tend to turn a lot of the difficulty settings up, but not so much the ones regarding funds and things that really just slow down your progression and make things repetitive (maybe this isn't so much of an issue once you get your space program rolling).

Dres has a huge canyon near its equator, and that’s about it really.

The only times I can remember going to Dres are a) during Grand Tours, and b) when I was using the Snarkiverse mod which puts Dres in a pseudo orbit of Kerbin, making it an ideal first interplanetary destination (and the fact that it stole Minmus). Dres, much like Ceres which it’s analogous to, is a lonely grey rock too small to be a real planet.
