KSP: 1.12.3

Problem: When I want to open my save in-game a window pops up with a list of missing parts, somehow only command parts.

Mods installed:

USITools

AstronomersVisualPack

EVE

PlanetShine

Scatterer

ScattererAC

Waterfall+StockWaterfallEffects

USI

Modulemanager 4.2.1, -ConfigCache, -ConfigSHA, -Physics, -TechTree
