Spacecraft trim (mac)

Hello, so in an old thread, it was asked what trim was and that its possible to use it using alt and qweasd keys, well i tried this on my mac with latest ksp and it doesnt work, how do i use trim on mac ? 

(alt key is option unless pressing shift which as you guessed also controls trhottle, so it turns to a mess)

The wiki (link) says that the [Option] key serves this role on a Mac keyboard.

I can imagine it might be right-Shift (which KSP can distinguishe from left-Shift)  if using non-mac keyboard on MacOS

If you are flying with SAS active, I think SAS overrides trim.  So to get trim to work you might need to turn off SAS.  I could be wrong..
