Weird shadow effects when camera is at certain angles

Illustrated in the video, there are some weird shadow-y effects that appear on a craft when the camera is angled a certain way. I haven't been able to work out a pattern to try and identify a cause, but thought maybe someone here had seen it before.

Here is my mod list for KSP 1.11.2

I think it's an OPM issue I had something similar to that happen to me when I was using OPM.

If it is, I feel like it must be relatively new, like within several months ago. I just started back up my save from a few months ago after updating all my mods, OPM/Kopernicus were two of them, and then noticed this.
