RO/RP-1 Procedurals not appearing

Good afternoon,

Coming back from some studying to play KSP RO/RP-1, when I noticed I could not tweak the procedural tanks. I could edit other parts (Like I could adjust the bases of a fairings, or adjust the decouplers.) But the buttons to edit the tanks do not appear. Is there some setting I could do to fix this (Advance Tweakables are on) 

-I will get a log up here later, I don't have it right now, and can get it if this is a bug...

 

KSP 1.10, RP-1 installed w/RSS and RO (I used express install,) I do not use any other mods...
