KSP 1.12.2 cannot start with Unity error window & white screen

When I started KSP as usual, and it showed white window then UnityCrashHandler window and then the window closed. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, and the crash still exists. No mods or saves are in the folder.

And the addional words are that "Read from location 0000000000000019 caused an access violation."
