Can't load a ship

Hello, I hope you're doing well :D

Long story short I was working on a replica of a Shuttle and wanted to make a Canadarm.

After some tweaks I had something I was pleased for and spawned, everything went well but the game crashed. Well it happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After I loaded back in the game I was greeted with this when I tried to load the Shuttle's save.

Any idea how I could recover my save ?
