Part menu filtered (folding), how to disable?

I have installed many mods and now I can't find what mod messed up my part config options.

The problem is that it folds many options into different categories (control for authority settings, part etc.). This makes building a real pain, since there are many more clicks to perform same tasks as before.

What mod causes it? Can this behavior only be disabled if the mod has other more interesting functions?

I have found the mod that's responsible for this behavior. It's KSPCommunityFixes.

I was able to disable this part of the mod in the settings.cfg file by changing 2 variables form true to false.
