AUTOLOC everywhere

I ended up clicking in some debug options in the alt + f12 tab and my game basically died.

I removed every mod, verified the game files 5 times and reinstalled it again, but still same problem:

I believe that the bug comes from here; 

Can someone please send me this archive? i'm using the latest version of the game
