Kerbal voices not working on console?

Hi, I play KSP on ps4. I have Kerbal voices on maximum volume but I can nevertheless hear them. Is this something exclusive to pc, like fireworks and extra parts?

I have no idea what Kerbal voices the volume thing refers to, but the kerbal astronauts never say anything regardless of whether on PC or console.

Kerbal voices.... Might be their voices in Astronaut Complex.

Kerbals definitely don't speak at all. There shouldn't be a Kerbal Voice Volume preset in the settings. That's not possible. Could you say, take a picture of the slider/toggle with a camera on your TV? Then we can see what it is and what you mean.

What about the kerbal voice when you start a new save. I'm pretty sure one of them comes up and say alright! When he's telling you the controls.
