Loading craft file with mod

Hi everyone ,  I downloaded a craft file but it used the solder tool, the game couldn't recognize the submarine parts' names. So it can't load the craft , even though I have fully downloaded the mod as requested by the file owner

That mod is called "UbioWeldContinued" , Is there any way to solve this problem? . Thanks
