Lundamultiplayer Warping with friend

Had and bought a server for a few weeks now and coop with a buddy, its been great! Until we advanced enough to where we are trying to meet in orbit/build a station. I realized quickly when we mechjeb/warp to rendezvous we are completely different. We some how swtiched out of our ship and into each others one time, again some how and it seemed to work.

 

Is there a hack/fix for this? I mean after all this is game breaking sadly

If you're using Subspace time controls, just hit the blue (I think?) double arrow in the LMP tab, it'll sync you and your friend's subspaces.
