MacOS Keyboard Controls

The tutorial asks me to “right click” or “right mouse drag” a part. Or any number of other commands which seem to be assuming the user has a Windows-based machine.
 

Could someone who plays on a Mac (or is familiar with the OS) provide some wisdom for this? 

Is there a MacOS keyboard command reference?

You could try CTRL + CLICK, or do a 2 finger click (on trackpad).

There may be some other gestures on trackpad, but honestly I don't use Apple devices.
