BD Armory mod's parts are not showing up in VAB or R&D.

I installed Bd armory plus from ckan and tried everything to make it work. The only part that shows up is a cockpit. Got the latest version for all its dependencies. I run Ksp 1.12.3.

btw, also tried the original BD armory and Bd armory continued, the parts list was empty for those.
