a strange bug

I have several mods installed on my ksp installation however ive encountered a strange bug where i cant use certain parts and trying to place solar panels of any kind breaks the game to the point the only thing you can do is move your mouse in the VAB. ive also had all probe cores go missing.  i havent been able to figure out which mod/mods this is caused by but ive had the same ones for a while and havent had any issues. if anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated. if it helps this is what  my game data folder has: https://imgur.com/gallery/gLRJXY6
