Upgrading my version of Junkyards from 1.2.13 to 1.3 (via CKAN) causes ships that use "borrowedAltMk2" and "microCrewAtomicTech" parts to fail to load. I can downgrade back to 1.2.13 and these vessels load fine.  CKAN does not flag any conflicts. I'd love to move to v.1.3, but am clueless how to proceed.
