This is great! I've got two questions - how did you make the engine "cover" (the cylindrical shape in the wings) and what mod did you use to make the terrain?

The terrain is probably TUFX, but I use many visual mods so it may as well be another one. But with TUFX you can easily change the entire feel/look of the game (somewhat like a filter on a photo). TUFX just does after effects.

 

The engine cover is made with parts from mods.

I believe it's a mk2 whiplash engine, or maybe the mk2 panther. idk, a mk 2 engine.
That engine is connected to a part from the (I think) "stockalike mk2 parts" or whatever the exact name is. It's a simple fuel tank (the one with airbrakes attachted). Maybe this one is stock actually.
This is attached to an adapter: mk2 to flat wing. So this way one side connects to the tank, and the other side blends into the wing.

The mod is great by the way. Strongly suggest downloading it (on CKAN!)

Then in front of that is an air intake
