Not sure bugs are still fixed in KSP but i just had a bug with the OP-E scanning arm. It seems that there is an invisble polygon much bigger than the OP-E which blocks sunlight from solar panels which are even far on the side of the OP-E. Just lost a craft due to this running out of electric charge.
