Weird negative image during loading screens

Whenever my game is loading there is a weird negative image that appears, I have searched online but no luck, the only thing I did so far was a clean install. The only things different with my computer is that I have messed with the GPU settings (Its back how it was now) and install/buy the DLCs. Can anyone help?M5r4VNX.png
