KSP suddenly started lagging after i reverted launch

I was trying to understand aircraft mechanics with the mk2 parts i researched in science mode and tried finding an anomaly i found using kerbnet near the mountains next to the KSC. After i reverted launch the UI scale got set to 80% and the game started lagging more than it used to, it also took very long to load at the runway after reverting flight.
