Key release on authorised key resellers

Update: GamesPlanet now have keys!

I am wondering when game keys are going to be released to authorised key resellers like GamesPlanet and CDKeys?
I visited GamesPlanet this morning, since I am going to purchase the game through them since I won a £50 voucher for the store. I had the game wishlisted since announcement, but when I visited the page it was just producing a 404 error. So I contacted GamesPlanet through their support email.

"Publisher's distributor wasn't able to provide us with keys for the release and currently we are awaiting further updates. In this situation we've decided to remove the product from sale for now until we know more".

Having re-checked, my GamesPlanet wishlist now shows the game back at standard price but clicking on its link still produces the 404 page, indicating that they haven't received the keys yet.
I've also checked CDKeys and it seems that they have yet to receive any keys either.
