I also noticed that I am unable to move the camera as well sometimes after clicking launch after assembling in the VAB. The only workaround I have found is to restart the game, load into my save, and load back into the VAB, click launch and then it will let me pan/move the camera however, after some time and reverting to VAB to make changes to my craft, it happens again randomly? Hopefully they get this fixed soon :(
