Save / Load Bug - ALl pieces in ground and seperated

Hey folks, I just encountered a bug in which all my parts are below the ground and disassembled:

It happend after I build the rocket in one go and saved it. Later I loaded it and it was broken. During editing and after saving everything still looked fine. But the save seems to be messed up (see below)

The problem is, that I cannot just click the rocket and move it up, all the parts are no longer joint together.,

PS: Cost me 3 hours of "work" to rebuild that thing

PS2: The game LAGS when the Parts Manager is active on big rockets
