Guide For Posting Bugs Preventing Game Launch or Starting/Loading A Campaign

If you would like to report a bug preventing you from launching the game or starting/loading a campaign, could you please include in your post:

  • You system specifications (CPU / GPU / RAM/
  • If you are trying to load an existing save or start a new one
  • The content of the file "Player.log" situated in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2
  • A zipped copy of your campaign located at C:\Users\<name>\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Saves\SinglePlayer

Before submitting a new topic, please, try to Verify integrity of game files (for Steam users).
Also, try to delete the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2 (**WARNING you will lose all progressions, saves, settings**), and try again.

If that doesn't help, please give as much details as you can about the issue, in order to give the maximum information for the members who will assist you.
