Pressing M in VAB creates a second VAB

I was trying to make a vessel with the letter m in its name, and it opened the map, When I pressed M again, there was a glitchy, not fully rendered version of the VAB. This then happened to me, I would then press return to VAB and then I launched a vessel at night and wondered how I crashed into the VAB while I was just going up was so confused until I looked around and behold this.
