Craft spikes to 40Gs and explodes around 21km altitude.

While launching a Minmus rover, my rocket kept exploding each launch attempt around 21km. As shown in the flight report, the craft also spiked to 40Gs. Afterwards, the camera continues a straight line trajectory the direction the rocket was heading. This persisted after exiting and reloading the game.
