KSP2 Crashing Easily

The game keeps crashing when I go to start playing, and if I do manage to load into the game itself it crashes when I try to load a vehicle onto the launchpad. Also is there a way to turn down the graphics settings more because my computer is decent but I am getting like 2 fps when I actually do get into the game
