I don't know if it's linked or not, but whenever I try to maneuver it the SAS / RCS breaks and it starts spinning around without a way for me to stop it (even when disabling it and maneuvering manually). I started a new campaign and launched 2 ships, upon getting the second ship to orbit i lose the ability to use maneuver nodes on both crafts.
