Rocket does not stop burning

After max burning for a while, the slider simply does not do anything and the max burn continues.

I think it was the Swivel if I remember correctly.

I've had a liquid fuel engine (a Dart) turn unresponsive one time, after alt-tabbing out and back in with the game in fullscreen mode. The engine was running at 10% output, exactly as I had left it, but when I tried to get it to shut off, nothing happened. Could change the throttle to zero, or to 100% - no effect. It completely ignored anything I did and continued burning at 10% output. I had to revert that launch.
