I just did this and it worked fine.  First I deleted the mod from the spacewarp folder.  When you open the command prompt you need to "cd" to the KSP location.  I have a shortcut on the desktop so I just used cd to switch to desktop.  Then type KSP2 and you can use the tab key to autocomplete the command for you.  Then type the -screen-quality Fantastic part.
