JCLovridge Posted March 1, 2023 Share Posted March 1, 2023 KSP Version - 0.1.0.0.20892 Operating System and version - Windows 10 Version 22H2 CPU and GPU models, any other system information - Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KF CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz , 64.0 GB Ram , NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 TI , 2TB samsung 970 evo ssd Description of the bug. Expected Behaviour - While working in VAB i normally search for parts if i manage to lose their location or if i think its faster to search. in this case I'm trying to search "mk2" Observed Behaviour - As soon I'm the search box has been clicked and i hit the "m" key it opens the map and is following my space station which is in orbit as if I'm still piloting the station. i then need to pause and hit VAB and once that's done i can edit whatever i was working on as normal as it doesn't disappear from the VAB. This doesn't fix the issue though, as soon as i got to search "mk2" again it opens the map. Game restart does not fix the problem. to fix i need to retrieve the vehicle back to VAB. That has been my only solution Steps to Replicate - All i did when this happened was launched my rocket, got into orbit around Kerbin, undocked all space station modules. saved game, proceeded to connect all parts, saved once more before heading to tracking facility, moved to VAB, then the bug was found Fixes / Workarounds (if known..) - Retrieving the space craft from orbit fixes the bug but means i now have nothing in orbit to build for. A list of ALL mods. If the list is long, please consider using a spoiler window. - 0 mods Other Notes / Screenshots / Log Files (if possible..)
