Copying part hierarchies with struts results in ghost struts

When a part hierarchy containing struts is copied (via Alt-LeftClick or Ctrl-C Ctrl-V) the result has some "interesting" properties:
   1) deleting the copy deletes the struts on the original
   2) trying to launch the copy deletes the struts on the copy (if the copy is placed into the same vessel, this also deletes the original struts as per 1))

Copying via Alt-click also results in the strut connections not being rendered in the copy, behavior is otherwise identical.

This relationship is persistent and survives a save and reload of the workspace.

This is because the "OtherEndAnchor" id does not change when you alt click or copy the part with the original part still in the vab, you can see it in the json of the copied part. the same happens for fuel lines
