Upon reaching around 78000m and just before initiating my circularisation burn, my vessel spontaneously disappeared / was destroyed and I was greeted with the debrief window. My engine was off and I had a maneuver node for the circularization setup with 50 seconds to go before the burn. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Expected Behavior - Ship progresses past 70km without issue. Evanss Posted March 2, 2023 Share Posted March 2, 2023 Ive seen this happen many times now, and when I am able to view the craft before it blows up it looks like the components are having a seizure and they start shaking and the ship blows itself up. I don't know how else to describe it. My theory in my head is that it has something to do with SRS. It feels like SRS can and usually does overcorrect for things, meaning oscillations just keep getting amplified until the ship blows itself up.
