CKAN Help with Cloned Instances

I used CKAN's  cloned instance function to clone an instance for KSP so that I could install RSS RO RP-1 separately from my other modded instances. I followed the instructions on how to clone an instance using CKAN and installed all the mods. However, whenever I tried to launch the instance, I get a black screen with only the cursor being visible. I tried launching the instance from both CKAN and from the exe within the folder to no avail. If this is a known bug, I have not been able to find anything helpful online. Could someone please help me?
