Switching to Vessel-2 via map-left-click-"control" while thrust is active on Vessel-1, results Vessel-2 to have thrust active (no idling thrust on vessel switch). The best course of action should be to display a UI message "you cannot switch to another vessel while accelerating" and\or definitely zero thrust control before actual switching
